Upon the receipt of the additional documents and the removal of deficiencies, if any, the DISCOM shall accord its approval within 10 (ten) days from the date of such receipt. Upon the receipt of approval, the consumer shall apply for registration by completing the registration form. The DISCOM shall within 15 (Fifteen) days from the receipt of the completed registration form shall register the scheme and assign a registration number, in case the form has no deficiencies. Within 30 days of the issue of the registration number, the DISCOM and the consumer must execute the inter-connection agreement.
